Welcome to Trid RPG, a chronicle of world-building my Fantasy Roleplaying Game world of Trid.
Trid is a middle-fantasy world, which means that its trappings lie somewhere between the high fantasy of Tolkien and the low fantasy of Earth’s medieval world. Sure, there are elves, but they’re anything but archetypical. Yes, there’s magic, but it operates within some fairly narrow social boundaries. Gods and monsters? Plenty, but sprinkled about in a way that suggests more myth than reality.
